Jim Maples Academy (JMA) is a TK-6 elementary school located in rural central California. In the 2015-2016 school year, Jim Maples Academy was reconfigured from a 5/6 Academy into it's current configuration of TK-6. JMA is one of 6 elementary schools in the Burton School District in Tulare county. JMA houses 451 students with English Learner populations of 35% and 83% low socio-economic student populations. In addition to a commitment for 1:1 Apple technology, our school works to develop the whole student through Capturing Kids Hearts. We believe in fostering great relationships with students and sparking the imagination to infuse learning.
